Okay, there are tons of plastic bottles on the market claiming to be leak proof, refillable, handy, etc. etc. etc. You can use a string of adjectives but honestly most of these bottles leave a lot to be desired. I’ll admit I was skeptical at first but intrigued by the video of this bottle in real time. First, the size is great; I have a small hand and most bottles are awkward for me to hold. Second, because of the design of the top, having more than one hole specifically, it evenly distributes the contents of the bottle. This makes it virtually impossible to leak as there are no stress points surrounding the lid.
Another great advantage is instead of waiting for one small hole to pour your ketchup, mayonnaise, honey, (the list goes on) you have 5 holes. The contents, whatever they may be, it pours out evenly and smoothly from my experience. And here is an added bonus I bet you didn’t even think of; the kids seem to be mesmerized by the long spaghetti like strings that emanate from each hole making geometric cloud like patterns on your burger. If you are like me you love to amaze kids to see that look in their eyes of wonderment. Okay, I know that is a bit dramatic, but remember I’m Italian give me a break or ‘I breaka your facea’. And that, dear readers, is right out of my Nonie (grandma in Italian) playbook.
Seriously, the bottle is made of substantial plastic material and doesn’t collapse when you squeeze it hard. It doesn’t have that greasy feeling when you wash it after the contents have disappeared. It really is fun to make all sorts of patterns, I know, I know, get a life. It may seem like a gimmick, but when I found it at the webstarant store it gave this little guy some credibility.
